This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Bartender you will be part of a team who provides exceptional bar service at events and on matchdays. This position is based at Hibernian FC.

Experience required:

• Attention to detail and ability to fulfil orders correctly
• Knowledge of basic spirits and mixers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple requests at the same time
• Ability to work in a stressful, loud or noisy environment
• Confidence and knowledge to apply laws and in-house rules even when under pressure

• Proven experience of working in a fast-paced bar environment
• Genuine interest in customer service excellence
• A strong team player, highly confident and positive
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Previous experience within bars is essential
