Primary Purpose: The Sales Executive is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Coach and Kate Spade Wholesale business in Southern Europe, supporting department stores including El Corte Ingles, Attica, Beymen and multi-brand doors in the region.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Wholesale Sales to:

  1. Support the Account Manager with requests and requirements for key accounts and directly manage independent accounts, act as a point of contact with multi-brand accounts
  2. Execute 4 markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods, lead appointments with independent accounts and present collections during market
  3. Work closely with cross functional teams to manage the order lifecycle: collect orders, order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the smooth shipment of the order book
  4. Track sales weekly, monthly, and quarterly and highlight key trends and challenges
  5. Produce seasonal trade reports to highlight seasonal wins, challenges and opportunities
  6. Develop short-term seasonal plans to meet sell-through targets
  7. Work on ATS swaps and reorders to drive trade in-season
  8. Manage regular site canvassing for partners with online channels to drive trade and in-season actions
  9. Develop the distribution network, onboarding new independent accounts and prospecting in line with regional strategy
  10. With the support of the Account Manager, communicate with Accounts Receivable on independent account balances
  11. Support Account Manager with planning quarterly and yearly sales forecast
  12. Partner with Field teams on implementing training with accounts e.g. product knowledge training
  13. Support new store openings in coordination with cross-functional partners and accounts
  14. Organise store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to improve trade
  15. Coordinate and support in-store marketing initiatives and events
  16. Work closely with VM to ensure visual standards are delivered across all locations

The accomplished individual will possess:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Wholesale or Sales managing accounts, in-house or agency
  2. Fluent in English, European language skills are desirable e.g. French
  3. Highly motivated, confident, and target driven to achieve sales
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills
  5. Highly analytical and strong numerical skills
  6. A self-starter able to independently manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment
