Let’s tell you about the role.

This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It’s a role that inspires others and brings your creative mind to life.

This role has a scope of around 15 homes that the successful candidate will take day to day operational responsibility for. You will work closely with the Operations Director to grow and nurture your area, providing leadership for Home Managers and driving and maintaining a culture of excellence across all operational homes in the area.

You will be responsible for maintaining quality, monitoring and improving financial performance where possible and identifying any growth opportunities for new or existing homes in the area.

You will also maintain and support positive relationships with commissioners, families and other external stakeholders, to keep them informed on organisational updates and ensure the people we support are receiving the very best care.

At Achieve together, we see this as more than a job, this is the start of your career journey with us. With 75% of our managers promoted from within, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of benefits that include:

  1. Career progression and training opportunities
  2. Employee welfare and wellbeing initiatives
  3. Recognition schemes, team events and social activities
  4. Employee discount schemes across a range of retailers and services
  5. Wagestream - a financial health app that gives you the ability to receive optional pay advances
  6. Staff incentive schemes such as Refer a Friend, Employee of the Month and Heroes Awards

Let’s Hear About You.

The successful candidate will be able to work some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of the business, and some travel will be expected. An NVQ5 (minimum) in social care or equivalent is essential. Substantial experience in the regional manager role or similar role will be necessary to succeed in this role, including experience in senior management/governance of complex care. An understanding of legal framework associated with mental health & forensic governance will also be of benefit.

However, passion for positively shaping lives is just as important to us as your experience. Building on your existing knowledge and experience we will give you all the training and support that you need. You’ll need an appetite for learning and a real desire to make a difference to peoples’ lives.

So, if you want to start, or continue your career journey in care with us, we want to hear from you.
