Job description

The Chancery Rosewood – opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As an Events Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, world-class events. Supporting the Events Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of events, ensuring the highest service standards while leading and motivating the team to create truly memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate event operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service.
  2. Lead and support the events team, providing guidance and hands-on assistance during events.
  3. Act as the key point of contact between departments to ensure all event requirements are met.
  4. Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience throughout all events.
  5. Assist in training and developing team members to uphold Rosewood’s service excellence.
About You
  1. Experience in event operations, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make real-time decisions.
  4. A passion for hospitality and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
