The Job:
We are recruiting an Assistant Farm Manager for a poultry farm in Brackley / Buckinghamshire. You’ll support the Farm Manager in daily operations, bird welfare, and site efficiency.

1. Previous poultry farm experience
2. Strong work ethic and desire to develop skills
3. Ability to assist with day-to-day operations

1. Salary Competitive DOE
2. Accommodation: Available on-site
3. Three sheds, 80,000 birds on the first farm, expanding to 380,000 birds
