From outline to detailed design, you’ll input through producing drawings and design calculations to help develop a better way to obtain, clean, and distribute water for our communities (e.g. flood alleviation or pollution management schemes). Your day to day will include using mapping software such as ArcGIS, technical report writing, survey specifications and you will have the opportunity to undertake site visits.

Clients that you could be working with include Northumbrian Water - Stantec have been appointed to their capital framework for North East infrastructure work, which will see Stantec support the water company’s ambitious framework programme. The scope of work includes the design, construction and commissioning of new water and wastewater infrastructure assets, as well as modification and refurbishment of existing assets.
