The Role:

• Provide full PA and administrative support to senior legal professionals in the Property department.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and proofread legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with billing, expense management, and file organisation.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

The Person:

• Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Property Law.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
