Senior Project Manager

• Salary: £75000 - £90000 per annum + Bonus, Growth, pipeline

A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for looking after 1 x £10 - £12 million Prime Refurbishment in London. The Project Manager will join a young and hungry team whose desire is to push on and become one of the best Prime Residential Main contractors over the next 5 years.

The company is currently experiencing a flurry of winning multiple contracts alongside a currently impressive portfolio of jobs. They are a 30+ strong team, turning over approximately £20 million with over 10 years of experience in the market as a business, plus more as individuals. They have a great reputation, get to work on some of London's finest properties, and are experiencing good growth. These projects are the epitome of luxury.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting, and day-to-day management of their team. You'll be responsible for the site teams, progress, and creating and staying on top of the program.
