Job description

Your new company
A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a joiner to join their team on a 3 month temporary basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).
Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.
Own van and tools required. (Mileage paid for all travel at 45p per mile).

Rates negotiable but roughly: £17ph - £21ph (No CIS)

Your new role
Main duties include:

  1. All joinery works in the responsive repairs team - kitchens and bathrooms, doors, skirtings, architraves.
  2. May involve basic multiskilled duties as and when required to complete jobs and finish off work.
  3. Social housing occupied properties.
  4. Working from an iPad to complete and report jobs while working.

What you'll need to succeed
  1. Own van and tools (van must be insured for business use).
  2. Ideally NVQ/City & Guilds qualified but will consider time served.
  3. Be comfortable liaising with tenants.
  4. Be able to pass a DBS check.
