Job description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Ecommerce Merchandising team at Heal’s Head Office.

As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the presentation of and accountable for the performance of your categories on Heal’s website. You will analyse site performance weekly and work closely with our Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure all our products are shown in their best possible way. You will be passionate about user experience and will work at improving customer journey and UX, based on research and data.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong experience working in an Ecommerce environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Knowledge of Magento 2 is a plus
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Working Google Analytics and Excel experience
• Having an analytical mindset, always looking for ways to improve things
• Confident in presenting insight to teams
• Organised and attention to detail and excellent time management
• Have a real passion for ecommerce and following current trends
• Confident working as part of a team or alone on tasks

Hybrid/Remote: 3 days in office per week
