An established industry player is seeking an experienced multi-drop day van driver for a dynamic role in Birmingham. You will be responsible for delivering fragile automotive components using a well-maintained Mercedes Sprinter van. Mercedes Sprinter van

Red Recruitment Group are currently supporting their National client with a recruitment drive for an experienced multi-drop day van driver to work from their depot in Tyseley, Birmingham.
The position involves delivering fragile automotive components of multiple shapes and sizes. Manual handling of the stock into the vehicle and from the vehicle into client premises is required.
You will be driving a Mercedes Sprinter long wheel-based van, which is less than 3 years old. A very well-maintained fleet is available for driving.
Hours of work will start between 02:00am and 04:00am (this can vary depending on run requirements), Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00.
Applicants must be EXPERIENCED in multi-drop day van driving, hold a full UK Manual Driver's licence with no points or previous convictions, and must be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
The pay is £11.44 per hour - flat rate for a 2-week temp to perm period. Overtime is paid at £14.30 per hour when permanent after 45 hours per week.
The basic salary is £26,769 plus overtime, with an OTE of £30,000+. Weekly pay is provided for the first 2 weeks with Red Recruitment Group, transitioning to monthly pay when permanent.
