The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Seasoned Account Handler with experience in handling a wide range of Commercial insurance policies. You will have gained experience in previous positions supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

You will work closely with account executives on delivering first-class service, including renewal preparation, mid-term adjustments, new business enquiries, etc.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

As a successful applicant, you will demonstrate a wide skill set in client servicing, including excellent interpersonal skills. It is essential that this experience is gained from an insurance broker, as advanced knowledge in the practice and principles of insurance is vital.

Ideally, you will have achieved the Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) and be open to progressing this further.
