Salary: Salary £38,000 per annum, depending on experience (includes £2k London weighting)

Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our Salesforce database and digital systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the team and enhance organisational efficiency. You will have strong technical expertise, excellent knowledge of Salesforce, be able to handle support tickets, troubleshoot, and continually maintain and improve the system as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management of Salesforce administration including but not limited to user management, user profiles, dashboard creation, reporting support, field updating, flows etc.
- Administration and action on user support tickets, fixing issues/bugs, deploy issues. Proactively identifying improvements to the system and keeping up to date with releases.
- Working with key stakeholders both internal and external developers to create and test solutions to ensure Get Further obtains maximum benefit from the software.
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene through overall management and supervision of the system, provide reporting to senior leadership and meet key KPIs.
Systems Administration:
- Lead the system administration on other digital tools (Form Assembly, 3B Forms, Isimio, Twilio) used by the Get Further team for delivery of its programmes, including building forms and data collection tools.
- Ensure our digital systems adhere to data protection law, fundraising regulations and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain robust access permissions/controls, and comprehensive data retention and deletion procedures.
Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver onboarding and regular training updates and refreshers on Salesforce and related applications for the wider team.
- Create how-to guides, loom videos, and other internal documentation to support the wider team and their use of these systems.
- Build a proficient level of understanding across these various digital systems and be able to help troubleshoot and proactively suggest improvements or workarounds as needed, including proposing new systems to ensure the organisational delivery needs are met.
Other Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the rest of the Get Further Team and align with our inclusive and supportive culture.
- Prioritise Safeguarding and the safety of the young people we work with, following every element of safeguarding policy without fail.
- Accurately input and keep data up to date so Get Further is compliant with GDPR and can effectively report and evaluate all elements of programmes.
About You:

- Excellent technical knowledge of Salesforce, able to change and improve the back-end of the system e.g. Salesforce Flows, fields, reports and dashboards.

- Experience of gathering user requirements, analysing business processes and implementing best practice technical solutions.
