About the Role:

Clearfield Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Dumper Driver for our client in Newmarket, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a dumper on a busy construction site, ensuring safe and efficient transport of materials. Additionally, the role will involve assisting with various labouring duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate dumper machinery safely and efficiently on site
2. Transport materials and equipment as directed
3. Assist with general labouring tasks when not operating the dumper
4. Follow all site health and safety protocols
5. Maintain and inspect equipment regularly

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Dumper Driver
2. Valid CPCS or NPORS card
3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, and gloves
4. Willingness to perform labouring duties alongside dumper operation
5. Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations
6. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
7. Good communication skills
