£40,000 base + £6,000 TRONC

About the Role:
We’re searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our Michelin-starred restaurant in Lancashire. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service that aligns with Michelin standards.
  2. Train, mentor, and inspire the team to uphold the highest levels of hospitality.
  3. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the guest experience through impeccable service and menu synergy.
  4. Manage schedules, budgets, and staff performance.
  5. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

What we’re Looking For:
  1. Experience: Previous leadership roles as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, or General Manager in fine dining establishments. *Michelin or similar accolade experience is highly preferred*.
  2. Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  3. Attributes: A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  4. Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
