You will initially lead a small team to build machine learning capability to apply to the company's rich set of customer data to help improve credit risk processes.

Hiring will be important, and as your team expands, you will be tasked with structuring the team in such a way that data science can be applied to all areas of the business – marketing, operations, and customer service.

The Chief Data Scientist will also be tasked with using data to enrich the customer experience.

Chief Data Scientist Experience Required:

1. Strong statistics/maths/econometrics background
2. RDBMS / SQL experience
3. Strong MSc or PhD background

Any experience in the following is nice to have:

1. SAS
2. SPSS
3. R
