Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of analysts and data engineers, driving best practices in data management and analytics.
Oversee data governance, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time and predictive analytics.
Foster a data-driven culture, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of data platforms, analytics tools, and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a company-wide data strategy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
Experience leading and growing high-performing data teams.
A passion for data innovation and using insights to drive business success.
