Job Overview:
Clearfield Recruitment is urgently seeking a skilled Groundworker/Highway Operative for a project in Brightlingsea, Essex. The role involves road construction work, with a focus on kerb laying, and is set to start on Monday, 28th October 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

Laying kerbs accurately and ensuring proper alignment.
Carrying out road construction tasks, including excavation, trenching, and paving.
Assisting with drainage and foundation works.
Following project specifications to deliver high-quality results.
Ensuring compliance with all site health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworker or Highway Operative, particularly in kerb laying.
Strong ability to work to deadlines and deliver precise work.
A valid CSCS card is essential.
Full PPE and availability to start on the 28th of October 2024.
Additional qualifications like Street Works (NRSWA) would be beneficial but are not required.
