As the Senior Events Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering six major events throughout the year that leave a positive lasting impression on our fans. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Events and Global Events team, managing both Games Workshop led events and supporting independent Warhammer events, such as conventions and tournaments. Your ability to negotiate lasting agreements and foster valuable partnerships with host venues and vendors will be key to ensuring we achieve on-budget, on-time success. At the same time, your focus on hitting sales targets, managing budgets and creating exceptional experiences for everyone you interact with will be essential to your success.

In this role, you will have a wide range of people you will work with including venues, vendors, and key teams to ensure that each event is a seamless and unforgettable experience for our fans. You will be passionate about our community, you’ll play a vital part in both attracting new fans and nurturing the loyalty of our existing ones. You will be in charge of managing all details from ticket sales to event performance to create experiences that leave a lasting positive impact on all those involved.

Management will be a key aspect of your role. You will have the opportunity to lead by example, by inspiring and guiding both full and part-time event staff through each stage of planning and execution. With integrity at the core of everything you do, you’ll foster an open environment where collaboration thrives. Your thoughtful approach to every detail will help create experiences that leave a lasting positive impact on all those involved. We want you to build an environment of honesty and collaboration to allow your teams to thrive.

Strong data skills are essential, as you need to track event performance, learn from each experience and make continuous improvements to events.
