Job description

We are currently looking for an exceptional Digital Manager to join our central team as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. This Digital Manager will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem.

What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities:

  1. Consult markets on digital experiences from toolkits for effective local marketing campaigns on owned digital platforms.
  2. Strategize a plan with the local markets to execute and optimise digital activations and campaigns on owned digital platforms.
  3. Provide a concise briefing to the agency partner regarding the localization of assets for owned digital platforms.
  4. Conduct thorough testing of promotional and landing pages to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with the Coca-Cola Front-Line Activation managers (FLA) to approve the go-live of campaigns.
  6. Perform tests together with Digital Operations Manager to validate the functionality of digital elements for campaigns.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing campaigns, ensuring alignment with set objectives.
  8. Strategize and develop a comprehensive CRM activity plan specific to local markets.
  9. Test and approve CRM initiatives before deployment.
  10. Coordinate with FLA and Media teams to implement improvements during live campaigns.
  11. Gather feedback and data after the conclusion of campaigns for continuous improvement.
  12. Share insights and reports on features required for the market with the Product Intake.
  13. Assemble comprehensive reports from various owned digital channels (website, mobile application, CRM) highlighting key metrics and insights.
  14. Provide valuable input for future features needed based on data analysis.
  15. Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross functional teams including Coca-Cola Front-Line Activation Managers (FLA), legal, Media & Digital Platforms.
  16. Provide exceptional project and stakeholder management throughout each activation or campaign.
  17. Consult and manage expectations of cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive vision resulting in achieving business OKRs.

Who are you?

You will have over 3+ years of experience managing multiple digital campaigns simultaneously, you will bring a proven track record in digital marketing coordination across websites and mobile apps. Your campaign expertise should extend to working collaboratively with agencies and stakeholders, showcasing your skill set suitable for navigating the dynamic landscape of digital marketing. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams.

Proficiency in working with agile, cross-functional, and cross-geographical teams is essential. You should also possess hands-on experience in mobile app management and a demonstrated ability to handle loyalty campaigns effectively. A strong understanding of CRM principles, encompassing setup and testing, is a prerequisite for success in this role.

Exhibit extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as effective communication is integral to coordinating successful digital campaigns. Familiarity with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process is desirable, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance in digital marketing.

An analytical mindset is crucial for this role, as the candidate will be required to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making. The ability to navigate and manage campaigns and stakeholders successfully is a key aspect of the qualifications sought.
