Junior Art Director

We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our photostudio team, reporting to the Art Director. This role is key in supporting our busy studio across ecommerce and marketing editorials, with a focus on still life.

In this role you will:

1. Contribute to conceptual development, including mood boards and image research.
2. Support the creation of elevated ecommerce shoot concepts, ensuring visuals align with our brand and have commercial impact.
3. Art direct on-set when required for Accessories, Beauty, Kidswear, Toys, Food, and Home categories.
4. Be confident in styling still life and prop sourcing whilst collaborating with the internal creative squad.
5. Generate ideas and execute concepts for category landing pages and email marketing.
6. Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Support in post-production by providing retouch notes and working closely with our creative retoucher.
8. Assist the personal shopping department with content development.
9. Actively participate in pre-production to align details with the creative direction.
10. Assist the Art Director in creating and maintaining brand guidelines and AD decks.
11. Support and contribute creative ideas to the Reasons to Visit image franchise.
12. Stay current with trends and best practices.
13. Support the Art Director when required on larger shoots and campaigns.
14. Help generate ideation and content for paid media, with a focus on video.
15. Confidently present ideas internally.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires a calm, pragmatic approach.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in the creative industry, ideally in the luxury sector, with strong skills in still life styling and prop sourcing.
• A solid portfolio of stills imagery across fashion and beauty. Interiors would be a benefit.
