Project Specialist with Licence

Description

Iron Mountain London are currently looking for a Project Specialist (with driving) to join our team in White Hart Triangle. Responsibilities include overseeing specific projects as necessary, with hours requiring flexibility for early starts and later finishes.

Responsible for coordinating activities of a mobile project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Must be familiar with the project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with more senior project managers regarding the status of projects and assignments.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

1. Evaluation and development of project plans.
2. Coordination with multiple internal and external groups; disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans.
3. Ensures projects are completed according to plan.
4. Communicates project progress to the appropriate audience.
5. Manages all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion, managing aspects of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
6. Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.
7. Serves as the focal point for project status or other project information.
8. Current clean driving licence.
