Job Title: Senior Account Director – Life Sciences

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office per week)

About the Role: We are seeking a self-starter and a mature, motivated individual to take ownership of managing one major life sciences account. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy specializing in digital transformation, AI, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex consultancy sales cycles, a proven ability to develop and expand strategic accounts, and the confidence to articulate our capabilities to senior stakeholders.

This is a high-level consulting sales role that requires both strategic account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of a major life sciences account, driving growth and expansion within the organisation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust, confidence, and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and technical experts, to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth strategy as it expands by 20% in 2025/26, opening new offices in the US and Barcelona.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture, competing with top players while driving meaningful client transformation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in consultancy sales, with experience in high-value, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, data, and AI solutions, particularly within the life sciences sector.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while also knowing when to bring in additional support.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience handling large-scale consulting deals (£500K - £1M+).
  • Based in or able to commute to London for 2-3 days per week.
