Our client is a leading strategic consultancy and enterprise best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

Requirement: They require a Senior Consulting Manager to be part of their Financial Transformation Practice focusing on Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across European practice. Working with C-suite executives and GBS/SSC leadership teams, the role involves designing and implementing change/transformation programmes to deliver world-class performance. The Senior Consulting Manager is well-versed in GBS transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Consulting Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities with existing clients and have the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients. A Consulting Manager must possess strong management skills and significantly contribute to sales opportunities and delivery of GBS transformation initiatives.

Consulting Experience:

1. Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence.
2. Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients.
3. Capability to include both written and verbal skills around the design of deliverables/provision of client advice.
4. Leading project workstream teams from planning through to execution.
5. Change management experience.
6. Ability to work under their initiative.

Technical Experience:

1. Viewed as knowledgeable in Global Business Services and Shared Services.
2. Experienced in Finance processes i.e., PTP, OTC, RTR, and FP&A with deep knowledge in at least one sub-process area.
3. Working knowledge of HR and IT processes.
4. Experienced in operating model design and implementation.
5. Finance systems deployment experience.
6. Awareness/knowledge of current and emerging market trends.
7. Good understanding of business transformation and programme management lifecycle.

Experience Required: Min. 10 years in major Financial Transformation including 8 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
