Our client, a leading large-cap private equity fund, is currently looking to add an HR Business Partner to their London team to support their EMEA business population. The fund, which operates globally, has a consistently strong track record and does not foresee this slowing down. Due to global growth and increased success within the people function, the European HR team is now looking to add an additional HR resource to lead on partnering with the EMEA investment group.
As the HR Business Partner, you will have broad exposure and responsibilities. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Senior HRBP while having support from a junior HR generalist and the wider specialist HR functions within the business.
