This is a part-time on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant at Enniskeen Country House Hotel located in Newcastle. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, cooking, handling food & beverage, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
