UX Researcher

Senior UX Researcher Position in Global Leading Software Company!

You'll be joining a global payroll and HR tech leader on a 3-month contract, with potential for extension. Focused on evaluative research, this role will deliver key insights to support product teams in both Italy and the UK.

Location: UK-based preferred (remote or occasional travel), or Italy

Contract: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)

Language: Italian (primary), with strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Evaluative Research: Conduct usability testing and evaluations on existing payroll and HR products to inform improvements.
• Collaborate Across Borders: Engage with teams in Italy and the UK, using Webex and in-person sessions where applicable.
• Support Discovery Research: Use both evaluative and discovery methods to provide insights for product development.
• Present Findings: Share insights with stakeholders to guide product refinements and enhance user experience.

Skills & Experience:

• Senior-level UX research experience, with a focus on evaluative and discovery research within B2B tech or similar fields.
• Fluent in Italian, with strong English communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently generate actionable insights.
