Knight Frank is looking to hire a Consultant Auditor to assist our Best Practice, Risk & Compliance Department. We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

We are looking for MRICS qualified individuals to deliver compliance audits across our valuations service lines. You will deliver against an audit plan which will feed into the reporting to various governing bodies across the Firm. All audits and auditee meetings are conducted remotely, therefore access to a personal computer and internet connection, and a high degree of IT literacy, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting independent audits by reviewing systems and documents and assessing compliance against defined valuation audit criteria
  2. Identifying risks and issues
  3. Drafting reports with findings from each audit
  4. Communicating audit results to individuals and providing recommendations for improvement

Key Experience Required:

  1. 5+ years' experience in an audit or operational role within a RICS regulated firm (essential)
  2. Experience of fund valuations (desirable)
  3. Knowledge and understanding of RICS professional standards
  4. High degree of IT literacy (essential)
  5. Power BI and Audit systems (beneficial but not essential)
