Senior Landscape Architect Job Overview
- Provide comprehensive landscape design and management services.
- Prepare plans, illustrative materials, and graphic presentations.
- Liaise directly with clients and accurately interpret their instructions.
- Conduct site surveys and analysis work.
- Execute landscape design tasks as directed by clients and senior staff.
- Present design concepts to clients, planning officers, and other stakeholders.
- Undertake Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV) analysis, and prepare relevant reports for Environmental Statements.
- Utilize GIS software effectively (experience with ArchGIS is ideal).
- Compile reports and supplementary information to support design work.
Senior Landscape Architect Job Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered status and CMLI membership (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in working on LVIA projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with GIS software, ideally ArchGIS
- Experience with Lumion (advantageous but not essential)
- Full UK driver's license and access to personal transportation
