Our Children's services include the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and our Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at St Michael's Hospital. We are excited to offer opportunities for Band 3 Senior Health Care Support Workers to join our dedicated and caring team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to children and young people.
As a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people with their healthcare needs. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals, delivering high-quality care in our Tertiary Children’s services.

If you do not have previous acute care experience, we offer a 12-week Band 2 to Band 3 Trainee Programme. This programme will equip you with the necessary skills and experience to successfully transition into the Band 3 role. Please indicate on your application if you are interested in this programme.
You will need to provide evidence of your educational qualification before your invitation to interview is confirmed.
