Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the management of system data fixes, scoping, and reporting, ensuring all projects stay on track.
2. Provide regular updates to senior management on issue resolution and project progress.
3. Maintain and update the system process map, reflecting all changes accurately.
4. Conduct thorough testing using UAT checklists and coordinate with the wider business for smooth implementation post-major updates.
5. Empower all users to operate confidently within the system environment.
6. Operate at a superuser level within an ERP system, demonstrating proficiency and expertise.
7. Apply your project management experience in fashion supplier systems to drive improvements and resolve challenges.
8. Develop and refine tools, systems, and processes to enhance overall user efficiency.
9. Design and execute a comprehensive testing plan, addressing all potential scenarios and system changes.
10. Collaborate with the finance team to scope out and troubleshoot system-related issues.
11. Engage with various business departments to understand and fulfil their system and reporting needs.

Criteria for Applicants:

1. Familiarity with working alongside system developers and any programming language.
2. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications, and Power platform fundamentals is highly desirable.
3. Strong experience, particularly in system implementation, data migration, system redesign, or project management, is desirable.
4. Proficiency in Office 365 is a must, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
