Job description

Role: MS Dynamics Architect

Duration: Full time

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Note: Looking for candidates who are good with MS Dynamics + Power platform & Power pages.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead developer for area/stream, run technical workshops with end users to define business requirements.
  2. Identify and resolve systems issues; ownership of TDD for area and DevOps automation.
  3. Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project.
  4. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
  5. Lead the team in building CRM solutions that meet requirements.
  6. Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, and best practices.
  7. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives addressing existing and potential trouble areas.
  8. Mentor and coach CRM developers and team members.
  9. Manage day-to-day operations of the team, collaborating with the Project Manager on scheduling, risks, and issues.
  10. Participate in daily leadership calls and stand-ups to outline the performance of the technical team.
  11. Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  12. Establish criteria for the release process and monitor code promotions in line with the Configuration Management Plan.
  13. Ensure teams have access to the Configuration Management Plan and approved Configuration Control tools.
  14. Participate in work product review sessions to ensure compliance with the technical design.
  15. Coach and mentor the technical team throughout the project.
  16. Provide technical support and quality control throughout all project stages.
  17. Collaborate with other key architecture roles to meet business objectives.
  18. Work with the Configuration Management Specialist to define configuration management processes.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in application development roles & implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions.
  2. Understanding and practicing the SDLC, with the ability to gather requirements, design, deploy, test, and train.
  3. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal.
  4. Experience with agile processes and methodologies is desirable.
  5. Good presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Degree in IT or relevant industry experience.
  7. Current Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded.
