The Role

The objective of this position is to provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership for Automated testing and vision to eClinical delivery teams, ensure high quality delivery of business objectives in our systems, encourage innovation and continuous improvement of testing techniques, and manage the on-time test completion of projects.

What we are looking for

1. Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up permanent employment in the UK
2. Third level qualification in Computer Science or related subject
3. Extensive experience in classical software testing or automated and software validation with significant experience testing web-based interactive applications
4. Experience creating and implementing automated testing
5. Demonstrated experience with leading a testing project
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Ability to work independently and in a team setting
8. Ability to learn quickly
9. Demonstrated ability and interest in continued learning
10. Demonstrated ability to provide continuous improvement to SDLC processes
11. Ability to follow disciplined systems life cycle methodologies and produce required artifacts deliverables
