Job description

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced HSE Manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis.


Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the heavy engineering sectors such as Power & Energy, Petro-Chemical and Aggregate.


  1. Experienced Health and Safety professional with a proven track record in high hazard and heavily regulated environments.
  2. Knowledge and expertise working with and continually improving recognized management systems such as ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  1. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, or equivalent CSCS card holder.
  2. A qualified internal health & safety auditor with demonstrable experience of completing internal audits.
  3. Minimum Grad IOSH.
  4. Ability to engage and communicate with all levels of employees, build rapport and good relationships and rapport with clients and possessing strong influencing and negotiating skills.
