Job description

Location: Remote with national travel, predominantly in the South.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, very occasional weekends)

Role Overview

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Compliance and will play a vital role in ensuring our clinics operate at the highest regulatory standards. Working closely with the Regional Lead Nurse, you will support practices—primarily in the South but also nationally—to maintain compliance, prepare for inspections, and embed safety and best practices across our locations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Clinic Visits – Conducting audits, supporting the implementation of policies, and ensuring safety and compliance is integrated into daily operations.
  2. Regulatory Readiness – Assisting with the opening of new clinics and ensuring all sites meet regulatory requirements and are inspection-ready.
  3. Remote Compliance Support – Performing risk assessments, maintaining compliance records, and staying up to date with evolving regulations.
  4. Training & Development – Providing ongoing support and guidance to clinic teams, delivering training both remotely and on-site, and ensuring staff meet all necessary compliance and training requirements.
  5. Quality Assurance – Ensuring data is collated and uploaded accurately to our compliance software system. Supporting with incidents, complaints and significant events, including identifying any learnings or trends.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Strong background in dental compliance with a passion for maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to interpret complex information.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (must have own car).
  • Based in the South of England or Midlands.
  • Clinical background (e.g., Dental Nursing, or similar healthcare experience).
  • Experience conducting audits and working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC.
  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate clinic teams.
