Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhering to company procedures and utilizing our bespoke systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and OHAS 45001 accreditations
2. Supporting the Head of HSEF in maintaining and re–certifying company accreditations
3. Conducting thorough investigations of near misses, hazards, and accidents, implementing corrective measures and liaising with external parties like HSE
4. Managing PPE control and audits, ensuring workforce safety compliance
5. Holding managers accountable for team performance and process adherence
6. Monitoring department KPIs, reporting, and taking necessary actions
7. Conducting fire and emergency response drills, preparing method statements, and risk assessments
8. Generating monthly health & safety statistics, including KPIs and accident data
9. Staying updated on legislative changes with specialized company support
10. Conducting company inductions and team development

Essential Criteria:

1. NEBOSH diploma
2. Minimum 5 years of site & CDM experience
3. Exposure to quality accreditations

Key Skills:

1. Providing constructive feedback for improvement
2. Organized with acute attention to detail
3. Proficient in computer skills
4. Passionate, driven, and excellent communicator
5. Conducting training sessions as needed
6. Skilled in report writing
