Serco have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineering Superintendent to join our team based at HM Naval base Portsmouth. This role will sit within the Serco’s Maritime team for a newly awarded contract. They will report to the Head of MRO functions. There are no line management responsibilities for the role, but the incumbent will be expected to work closely with the Royal Navy and Serco’s Technical Teams to ensure a consistently safe and effective engineering works package is being managed and reported through in-house and subcontractor management processes and routines.
Within this role you will be the technical and programmatic lead responsible for oversight and management of the repair and maintenance planning for a state of the art MOD owned vessel and lead on maritime projects as directed by the Customer team.
