Our client would consider a Senior Occupational Therapist who may not have direct line management experience but has worked as a senior OT and is ready to progress. For Team Lead candidates with extensive experience beyond requirements in the job description, they will pay a higher salary.
Pension Scheme: Our client operates along the UK government guidelines and utilises the pension scheme through NEST, contributing 3% of employees' salary to the scheme on their behalf, while they are automatically enrolled to contribute 5% of their salary. There is an opting-out option if they prefer not to make contributions to the scheme.
