Interocean provides marine and offshore services, specialising in Marine Warranty Surveying (MWS) across offshore renewables and oil & gas. We're committed to delivering safe, efficient, and innovative solutions for our clients.


We're looking for an experienced Marine Warranty and Assurance Manager to lead our Marine Warranty department and oversee the delivery of key projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and enjoys working on high-profile offshore projects.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the Marine Warranty department, ensuring high-quality project delivery
  • Oversee MWS for transportation, installation, and construction activities
  • Conduct vessel suitability surveys and review engineering and operational plans
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and issue Certificates of Approval
  • Build strong client relationships and provide technical advice
  • Mentor and support team members to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marine warranty or similar offshore roles
  • Leadership experience in renewables or oil & gas projects
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and offshore operations
