Are you a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school setting?
We are seeking a teaching assistant to join the team at a primary school based in Erdington.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support across KS1 and KS2 classes, assisting with daily classroom activities and student learning.
2. Deliver subject-focused interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
3. Offer 1:1 support to individual students as required, addressing their specific learning needs.
4. Work closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions.
5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
2. Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
3. Strong ability to deliver focused interventions and provide effective 1:1 support.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
5. A proactive and supportive approach to enhancing student learning and development.
