• Architectural Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as an Architect, Project Architect, or Senior Architect in a UK-based, design-led practice on large-scale projects over £50 million.
• Design/Project Management Knowledge: Some familiarity with the responsibilities of a Lead Consultant and experience with project documentation like design programming.
• Client Interaction & Leadership: Experience in leading design team meetings and managing external consultants, with the ability to develop project stage reports.
