Company Description

Over a period of 30 years, Henco, based in Herentals (Antwerp, Belgium) has grown to become an important European producer of excellent quality MULTILAYER pipes, fitting systems, manifolds and accessories. These products are used for heating, gas, and sanitary supplies in domestic and commercial installations. The company also offers a wide range of equipment for floor heating installations. In Europe and the Middle East, its 300 employees achieve sales of more than 130 million metres of piping and more than 11 million fittings per year. At the factory in Belgium, a refined development and production process ensures that an excellent quality can be consistently guaranteed. The plant is equipped with modern production lines and warehousing, constantly expanded to satisfy the demands of the market in a flexible manner.

Job Description

After an intensive induction period to give you the opportunity of gaining knowledge and insight regarding the products and how Henco operates, your responsibilities will include:

  • Active collaboration with colleagues to win installers (small / midsize and KAM installers), project focus (sanitary, heating, cooling);
  • Build sustainable relationships with the Henco UK team;
  • Manage existing customers and relationships with merchants. Act as the account manager for Key accounts;
  • Focus on the latest product developments and develop commercial awareness to increase Henco’s turnover;
  • Develop existing and new customers within the HVAC and PH within your area to spread risk, increase turnover, and customer base focus on Henco and Iso Tube systems;
  • Regular analysis of market developments and sales activities and reporting to the Sales Manager;
  • Experience working with consultant engineers;
  • Visit and develop tier 1 installers companies;
  • Work with a project lead system;
  • Work from home.
Qualifications
  • You are a dynamic person with good relevant commercial experience in the field of wholesalers and installers;
  • You are enterprising and can independently structure and plan your work;
  • Your commercial awareness and experience allow you to develop our business in short time scales;
  • You have a tidy appearance and are punctual, demonstrating these qualities with your own organisation, presentations, and suggestions;
  • You are passionate about the installation sector and its technology;
  • Good knowledge and established relationships within heating and sanitary sectors, and the personality to open new doors;
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is important;
  • Good CRM compliance.
