Area to be covered: North

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + £5,000 - £6,000 bonus, £500 car allowance and full comprehensive benefits package

Role Overview: The role of the Area Sales Manager Timber Products will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a manufactured range of timber products
2. Spending all of your time selling to timber merchants, timber manufacturers, end users, large construction companies, housebuilders, and landscape manufacturers
3. Managing new and existing customer accounts encouraging new and repeat business
4. Targeting a turnover of circa £1.2m - £1.8m depending on experience
5. Handling typical order values ranging between £10k to £500k depending on size and scope
6. 80% account management / 20% new business

Ideal Candidate: The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Timber Products with:

1. Experience in selling timber products
2. Flexibility in route to market
3. Experience selling to housebuilders is preferred
