Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner located in Manchester. The role involves managing housing disrepair cases from inception to resolution, handling case management tasks, liaising with clients, conducting property inspections, and coordinating with social services and housing authorities. The Housing Disrepair Fee Earner will also be responsible for preparing legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We work in a hybrid manner; you'll be expected to come into the office twice a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in running a housing disrepair case load, with Litigation experience being desirable
  • Knowledge of Social Housing and Affordable Housing practices
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in Law or a related field is desirable
