Software Developer – 5430

Our client is a high-growth tech business providing a Cloud-based POS & Ecommerce solution to small and mid-sized retailers and are looking for a Software Developer to be based in Manchester or Ulverston.

They are working to develop and extend their exciting Cloud-based software platform using the latest technology (Vue.js 3, .Net Core, Docker, Azure Cloud).

Your Responsibilities:

1. Developing industry-leading solutions together with your team.
2. Write software that is thoroughly tested and adheres to our code review standards.
3. Ensure all work follows company standards and is properly managed through our Jira issue management platform.
4. Work closely with your team and other development teams as well as QA engineers, product, and project managers.
5. Participate in daily stand-up meetings & Sprint meetings.
6. Attention to best practices, quality and detail, and a personal drive to deliver great results.
7. Ensure junior members of the team grow with your help and support.
8. Work with your Line Manager to take responsibility for your own continued personal and professional development ensuring your knowledge and skills remain up-to-date and you share best practices with colleagues.
