Inside Sales Professional


Location: Home Based with travel to Siemens offices and customer sites.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling the company’s products, systems, and services through virtual channels to customers.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers, retaining, and growing an existing customer base, while collaborating with sales colleagues and customer success teams to achieve sales targets.


You’ll break new ground by:

  1. Sales Execution: Sell products, systems, and services to customers in assigned sales department. You will close sales deals by using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Lead Generation and Qualification: You will generate prospective customers through cold calling and follow up and convert sales leads to expand the customer base.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve loyalty and retention.
  4. Market and Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the company’s offerings to optimally communicate value propositions.
  5. Collaboration with wider teams: You will work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and customer success managers to develop coordinated sales strategies.
  6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
  7. Process & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and changes, ensuring professional development and adaptation to new sales techniques, and participate in sales training and ongoing professional development to enhance skills.

  6. Skilled in using digital tools and platforms to enhance sales processes, including CRM software and communication technologies.
