An inclusive Specialist School, based just outside of Witney, is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP and help support their students in the classroom. The pupils at this school have either a specific learning disability (SLD) or profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD). For this reason, the students need a Teaching Assistant who is caring, supportive, friendly, and non-judgemental – if you possess these qualities, then the school needs you!

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will help support a small class of 8 students, alongside the class teacher and other Teaching Assistants. You will help support the students with different forms of learning, including cooking, swimming, sensory play, and physical activities. You will also help with personal care and mobility support and provide emotional support to all the students.
