Due to business growth, we are recruiting a PA/Bid Administrator to join the team.
What this job involves:
Provision of PA and office management support to the business, with a primary focus to the Managing Director
Assisting with the submission of new bids and documentation
Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media content
Assisting with property management of the 3 UK sites
Acting as first point of contact for the business, with responsibility of all correspondence and telephone calls

Proven experience in a similar role
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
The ability and tenacity to challenge the status quo
