Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working alongside an excellent collaborative team providing support to customers handling queries regarding their automotive products.
The role will be mainly telephone based, handling inbound calls and working closely with third parties and suppliers to solve customer queries.
You will also be handling a busy inbox and corresponding with customers over webchat.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience from a range of industries.
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
An excellent team player.
