The Role:
Job Title: HR Analyst
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DoE)
Location: Southampton – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:

1. Leading on weekly and monthly reports on HR metrics, identifying any errors and inputting reconciliations where necessary
2. Managing the administration of benefits and engagement initiatives
3. Support with the monthly payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of all data
4. Contributing to general HR administration; drafting letters, right to work checks, and exit interview preparation
5. Manage the HR mailbox, answering queries and escalating to the team as required
6. Support with recruitment coordination and assist with graduate recruitment fairs and assessment days

What is the company looking for?

1. Demonstrable experience in a data-focused administrative or HR data role
2. Comfortable using Excel formula, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
3. A professional services background is a huge plus
4. Exceptional attention to detail
